2nd Grade Basketball Tournament
Last weekend Mckay played in the 2nd grade basketball tournament. They one the first game in overtime then lost the second in overtime. They played so hard and lost by two points. Mckay dribbled the ball down with 5 seconds to go and attempted to shoot it from half court and almost made it. The ball hit the front of the rim and then bounced out. Mckay was heart broken because he wanted to play next week so his dad could see him play (Jason was in Phoenix). Mckay ended the season well and had 12 of the 16 points in the first game and had 8 the second. It has been really fun to see them all progress.

What a little stud! He looks so grown-up! It sounds like his team couldn't have survived without him.
McKay, you look like your Dad and it's good he got his skills from his Dad. You are very good dribbler and shooter. Keep up the good work. We love you and will see you, Mckinley and Beckham next month.
