Trip to Utah

We left for Utah on Wednesday to be with family and friends for the holidays. So far it has been very busy, but fun. We have had a few Christmas parties, done a little Christmas shopping, ate at Cafe Rio and Brick Oven, and got the grand kids pictures taken (that wasn't quite so fun, the kids were awful. But, hopefully a few of them work). Jason is finally with us after all the drama with his flight. His flight had been canceled due to weather in Minneapolis and the airline wasn't sure when they could get him here. Maybe Sunday but, quite possible Monday. Through this experience, I just love airline companies-- they are so informative and willing to help and reimburse you for the inconvenience--NOT. We decided to detour Minneapolis and get a one way ticket on Southwest through Vegas to get him here last night. He spent a long day in the Indianapolis airport and his one way ticket was a little costly but, it was worth it when he got to see the kids. These binoculars entertained Beckham for a good hour. I am not quite sure what he could see but, it worked. The rest of the time he played with his Lego Star Wars characters. I think this was the first time I was able to take a nap while traveling on a plane with children.

Mckinley and Beckham posing. Mckay chose to sit by himself in the next row over. He wanted the window seat and wasn't going to fight Mckinley or Beckham for it. I didn't take any pictures of him because I thought the people next to him would've thought I was a little camera happy.
Beckham has been busy kissing all his girl cousins. He just loves Paityn, Emrie, and Kaitlyn. We might have a little Casanova. Here, he is kissing Paityn!

Holy flight drama. Did you have to go to Vegas to get him? Crazy. Cute pics of your kids. We missed you at Church. I hope you are having so much fun!!

Lily is soooo mad.

She said to tell Beckham that they'll talk when he gets back.
